When can I expect my order to arrive?

Thank you for your purchase!

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. As soon as they are sent out, you will receive an email with your tracking number and you can expect your package to arrive between 2-3 business days.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (Return must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt and provide tracking information to insure delivery). Item must not be worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered. Custom orders are FINAL SALE. Please email us directly at faharibazaar@gmail.com. Item/s must be in the same condition - unworn and unused - as they were upon receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

What kind of fabrics do you use to make your clothing?

 

In the last four years, we have shifted to using only Batiki fabrics which are handprinted and handdyed by a few women we work with directly. These fabrics vary in style and design making each product unique.

Can I visit your store anytime or do I have to make an appointment?

Fahari Bazaar is located in the quaint and picturesque village of Chatham, New York. Our store hours vary by season. We are currently open Wenesday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is no need to make an appointment but we are flexible to all out-of-towners who want to visit the shop! Please email us to schedule a shopping appointment or fill out the contact us form. We also take part in pop-ups and flea markets throughout the year so if you want to come by and say hi, please follow us on @faharibazaar for special announcements and updates!
